Associate Application Form
Associate membership of the Cleaning and Hygiene Suppliers Association is open to all companies, other than manufacturers and distributors, who are active and influential in the UK 'Away from Home' cleaning materials and equipment supply market.
Application Procedure
All applications for membership of the association are considered by the Council of CHSA at one of their quarterly meetings.
Applicants are required to complete an application form which can be downloaded from this site. The form should be completed in full and include contact details of three trade references, the name of an existing member of CHSA who will sponsor your application and the name of a current Council member who will propose your application. Both details of association members and Council members can be found on the site. However, if you need advice or assistance on these matters please contact the General Secretary (tel: 01628 478273).
Members of CHSA undertake to abide by the association?s Code of Practice. Applicants should download a copy which is found on this site, sign the undertaking and return it along with the completed application form. The Council regards that any company that has been trading for less than 2 years is not able to adequately demonstrate their ability to operate to the Code of Practice. Applications are therefore only considered from companies who have been trading for this qualifying period.
Subscription
The annual subscription for Associate membership is £285.00 + VAT
An initial entrance fee of £50.00 + VAT is also required.
All completed application forms and signed copies of the CHSA Code of Practice should be accompanied by a cheque made payable to 'CHSA' for £393.63. The cheque will be held and paid into the bank only on successful completion of your application when an invoice will be raised.

Manufacturer Application Form
Manufacturer membership of the Cleaning and Hygiene Suppliers Association is open to all companies who manufacture, or act as exclusive agents for a manufacturer, supplying products for the UK 'Away from Home' cleaning materials and equipment supply market.

All applications for membership of the association are considered by the Council of CHSA at one of their quarterly meetings.
Applicants are required to complete an application form which can be downloaded from this site. The form should be completed in full and include contact details of three trade references, the name of an existing member of CHSA who will sponsor your application and the name of a current Council member who will propose your application. Distributor Application Form
Distributor membership of the Cleaning and Hygiene Suppliers Association is open to all companies whose primary business is as a distributor, supplying cleaning and hygiene materials and/or equipment into the UK 'Away from Home' market.
